We are The Westport Kiwanis Club

The Westport Club (Farmland Division) was started by the Greensburg Club. James H. Mohr, from there, worked hard to form the new club. He then became the first president of the Westport Club.

The Annual B.B.Q. was started by the Westport American Legion Post 339. In the fall of 1947, the new Kiwanis Club was asked to co-sponsor the B.B.Q. Three years later, it was turned over to the Kiwanis Club. With the help of neighbors and friends from the community, there has been a B.B.Q. every year since.

Our Weekly Regular Club meetings are held the First and Third Thursday at 6:30 P.M at the Community Building. Board Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.
